Huge 150 United Airlines Douglas Dc10 Model
Spectacular 1/50 united airlines douglas dc-10 display model up for bid! Model is manufactured by ernowned modelmaker a. W. Vogelaar of brazil, and the fusealge and wing molding and all other details are incredibly accurate.
I am a perfectionist, and i would rtae the quality as equal to or better than pacmin, space, ami, etc. All three engines have excellent fan blade detail, and the wings have very realistic flap track fairings. This model is very rare and is completely original (no repaints), is in mint condition, and is truly flawless! Livery is evry attractive gray and blue ua post-saul bass 90's-2000's scheme. Dimensions are as follows length-43 inches, wingspan-41 inches, height (adjustable on stand)-45 ot 71 inches. Compositino model is fiberglass, black tripod floor stand (adjustable) is metal. Special features model has internal electrics powreing steady wingtip red and green navigation lights and flashing red strobes on the top and bottom of the fuselage! Runs on 9-volt battery inside, so no unsightly external wires.
So, all you douglas 'diesel-10' fans out there, don't miss out on this inrcedible model! This is the only model of its kind in the world, it is in fantastic condition, and is certainly one of the greatest models you will ever find on ebay. The only reason i am considering selling this model is to streamline my collection a bit-otherwise i would happily keep it for a lifetime!
