Vintage Long Island Grumman Intruder Ea6b Model PlaneVintage long island grumman intruder ea6b model plane. lCick to view image album. We purchased this model plane at an esttae sale on long island, new york several months ago. It's the grumman intruder ea6b (001128). Model planes are not our expertise so all we can say is that it is a plastic plane supported on a plastic round base. The plane measures from the tail to nose approximately 14 1/2 and the wingspan seems to be 13 and the black plastic base that says grumman measures a little over 4. It's a little dirty from sitting around, but it's in tact adn look great and is in good condition. If you're into vintage models you'll knwo how to spruce it up. It weighs almsot 15 oz w/o packaging. So we will wrap well (box and bubble wrpa and ship priority. ) shipping weight will be between 2lbs 3lbs. (we'll know more as soon as we wrap and we charge actual cosst of shipping plus $2.00 for bubble wrap etc. ) note it looks like it's been together for years maybe even from the late '70's or '80's but we are not actually sure of the age of this item.
